We acknowledge that the first storytellers of the land we live and work on are Whadjuk Nyungar. Sovereignty was never ceded and never will be. We commit to learning from Nyungar Elders and storytellers and supporting their self-determined leadership. We pay respects to their Elders from all times: past, present and future. We also pay respects to all First Nations people present here today and their ancestors. Always was, always will be Aboriginal land.
